Negotiation Coaching
Knowing how to negotiate is a key competence for every manager's success. In order to identify what the Negotiation is, we could use this definition "It is that process of interaction between two or more parties in which we try to establish what each should give or receive in a reciprocal transaction aimed at seeking an agreement". (Rubin, Brown, 1975).
Negotiation is a process that benefits prepared minds. Frequently, in negotiations, whether large or small, inexperienced or unprepared people sit around a table without having properly prepared the meeting with their counterparts, leaving everything to chance. This way of working is the way the antechamber of failure and a poor result.
Our job is to provide managers or team leaders with a solid foundation to use in their negotiations to successfully conclude them.
