‍EXPERIENCE 

‍Before starting the activity of Business Coach, about 9 years ago, I gained more than 25 years of experience in the commercial field in different product sectors, covering roles in various areas including Sales Management, Customer Support, General Management Assistance, Commercial Development. In these areas, my working experience has evolved over time in different forms: I worked as an Agent, Project Consultant, Employee, Board Member.

‍In particular, I believe that the last one is a fundamental element, since the commercial function in the company is not only made up of "sales". It is in fact necessary to know and master the business intelligence tools, management systems, databases of customers and potential customers, the different techniques of approach to markets and different customers, competitive analysis techniques and finally communication tools.
